At COOGI, we stand by the craftsmanship of our iconic knitwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your COOGI items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
